Overview
This intensive two-day workshop provides M&A professionals with practical frameworks and tools for structuring and executing cross-border transactions in Asia. Led by senior practitioners with decades of combined experience, the masterclass combines theoretical frameworks with real-world case studies.
Curriculum
Day 1: Structuring
- Legal framework navigation across Asian jurisdictions
- Tax-efficient deal structures
- Currency and payment considerations
- Regulatory approval strategies
Day 2: Execution
- Due diligence best practices for cross-border deals
- Negotiation strategies across cultures
- Integration planning from day one
- Case study workshops (group exercise)
Instructors
The masterclass is taught by a rotating faculty of ACFI-certified firm principals and subject matter experts, each with 15+ years of cross-border deal experience.
CPD Credits
This workshop qualifies for 12 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits under ACFI's certification maintenance program.
Prerequisites
Participants should have at least 3 years of M&A advisory experience. Familiarity with basic deal structures and processes is assumed.
